I meanz what would be like doing a Song like this. Its basically a house beat. Maybe It has some of the spirituality of ray of light in a more trance music kinda of way. 

Maybe you want a kind of hypnotic dance Song thats kind of sexy? Or Is It the theme? I feel like It stands out in its time but its the kind of record that evokes that time. 

Kinda like Roger sanchez, another chance. There a couple of these melanchonic songs with the vocals a bit more in the back.

I’m always a bit scared when they talk about doing a « 2 ». Like confession came a long time ago, in another context, and I feel recreating something without a shift is always a bit disappointing to the fans..

Well there is a chance that her new album will be close to that because it's Madonna + Stuart Price again but don't want to get my hopes up and keep an open mind about it. These sequel albums, part II or working with same producer again (William Orbit Ray of Light -> MDNA) only create some high expectations and don't always deliver but still excited for her comeback.

I'm always skeptical when an artist markets their new era as part 2 of an older sound but it's exciting that she's back working with Stuart Price so I'm cautiously optimistic.

She kinda revisited this sound with “Never Let You Go”. Was supposed to be on RH but ultimately just another unreleased gem. I’ve gotten positive reactions to NLYG! So maybe you will like it too! But Get Together is very ethereal and beautiful!

ngl if she reworks never let you go and releases it (maybe together with a known DJ?) I could see it being played on the radio heavily and it could be another hit for her

I've been getting into Madonna this year and this song in particular grabbed my attention so much, it feels so ahead of its time, I feel like a lot of 2010s music is influenced by this record

My fav from her is still "Paradise (Not For Me). Its a weird song but in a good and unique way

 

Also MDNA as an overall album was a bop

 

As far as her oldest music Get Into The Groove has been my latest obsession. 

 

Shes got good music. She is one of the few that managed to actually not botch a sample song (Hung Up vs Gimme Gimme) and I say that as a hardcore ABBA fan!
