First and last album? It's giving Lana when she said she had nothing left to say after the Paradise edition :ladyhaha:

But seriously, wonder if she'll actually stop, since her music is quite cool!

Ok let’s not say great singer lmao she makes good music but singer? Great singer? She might be but if she is not one song shows it off yet (but they’re fun and good songs) lmao

My bad, I thought we called people that sing singers. I didn't know of the terminology change but I do now. :Cautious:

Time to practise some eye hygiene, pal. :hor:

It was funny because the account saying it was the best was “Addison Rae”.

Why would she make a point of saying it’s the first and last album? It seems antithetical to building a fanbase if you announce you’re quitting before you even release your album.

it's jusst a tongue in cheek way of saying she's dropping "Rae" from her stage name. She hinted at the change in a new interview:

But after years of curating herself meticulously for the camera, both as an influencer and in her acting roles, Rae is now most excited about her music. Last fall, Rae joined club kid royalty Charli XCX at Madison Square Garden to perform Charli’s remix of the Grammy-winning Brat track “Von Dutch”; she’s become a muse to photographer Petra Collins and has been styled by Law Roach. Now, with a debut album out on Columbia Records later this year, Rae is pirouetting her way into the global pop vanguard. “I feel like I’ve surpassed Addison Rae,” she says. “It’s just Addison now.”
