Yeah, if something like RpG or action games it will be an issue cos after you completed it, the fun part is just gone. And it will collect dust after. Would be ok with the price for something like mario kart, pokemon, splatoon, or animal Crossings that will continuously going to be fun to play even after the main story part is completed. princedeeblebleble 1,589 Posted April 18 Share Posted April 18 I will say, even as an artist and as someone who knows how difficult as all hell 3d work is, I cannot at how expensive games have gotten, or maybe they seem even more expensive since I generally get games extremely cheap in the online store when they have their monthly sales like jesus, 80e for a game, thats almost 3 DS games or 3 games on sale. I agree stock shouldn’t be a problem for the Switch 2. If Nintendo is smart, they shipped a ton of consoles long ago and they are collecting dust at a warehouse until june. The best way to fight scalpers is to have sufficient supply so your customers don’t have to go to eBay for an overpriced system, which Nintendo seems really concerned about. And that’s why I think they didn’t raise prices for the console initially. They probably have enough stock in the States already for the early adopters, and they are hoping for a resolution as far as the tariffs go. Or at least that’s what this all looks like to me.
