Gaga's interaction with fans throughout MAYHEM

On the eve of Gagachella weekend 2, I just want to take a moment to say that it's been incredible to see Gaga so passionate and in touch with many fans throughout MAYHEM. I remember the past few years being especially difficult for monsters because Gaga rarely interacted and would really only post stuff for sponsors or Haus Labs. I was never affected by it too much, but I vividly recall many threads and thought pieces on this forum about how Gaga "doesn't care anymore" or that she was a "sell-out" now. I understood people's frustration with her, but I never agreed with it.

That said, these past couple of months have felt like an entirely new Gaga. She seems happier, more confident, and overall more revitalized than she has been in the last 5+ years. There were flickers of this during Disease and Joker/Harlequin, but I don't think it was entirely realized until the Grammys/Abracadabra's release. Since then, she's been firing on all cylinders: she's been non-stop interacting with fans on TikTok, did the fan dance video for Abra, hosted and performed at SNL, and put on the BEST Coachella set ever (and is about to do it again tomorrow!). Not to mention, the overhaul of her creative team led to this amazing new artistic direction for her that hadn't been seen since Born This Way (imo).

I'm so thankful for this album and era so far. Even if sonically, MAYHEM might not be your thing, I think it's evident that she hasn't had a level of passion about a project like this in a long time—and it shows. During the Chromatica Ball Film interviews, she said LG7 would be like a new beginning for her, and I couldn't agree more with that. This truly feels like she's just getting started

I literally just watched the Coachella show for the first time and came straight here. First of all I'm still kind of in shock how good it was. Secondly, I can see exactly what you're saying. Gagachella felt like the BTW Ball to me. I know she never went anywhere, but my mind can't think of another way to say that it feels like she is back

Most deff she has returned and the best shes ever been, cant wait to watch again her best show ever tonight . Shes so in touch online with her fans these daus  but meeting them is different shes just completely distant & mute now,  not how she used to be. That's okay too! Enjoy tonight everyone

I think she’s happy she finally has matured enough to get to a point of setting boundaries while also finding a healthy outlet to interact with fans (TikTok) which is probably what she’s been yearning for a long time

She’s in the best place we’ve ever seen. I’ve said it before but we really owe a lot to TikTok, thanks to it she’s felt comfortable interacting with fans daily in a closer way than ever before. She used to interact a lot through twitter but I’m sure you remember that ended eventually with people be crazy on there. So glad the era of fan engagement is back!

A lot of people and Gaga herself said that Joanne healed her and her family and then that Chromatica healed her. Same thing before with ARTPOP and Cheek To Cheek, it's kind of an endless circle
