Was the "Abracadabra/Judas" mix a remix or transition?

Now for the record - let's try have a civil discussion and not resort to bullying the 2 DJ (ALTEGO) or each other. 

This tiktok is gaining traction along with the "Abracadabra/Judas" bit and it did get me thinking... 

So, this one is for the producer coded fans, does the Abracadabra/Judas section count as a remix or more a transition? Does Gaga and her team need to attatch a new credit to these two DJs now?

Anyone who was a Gaga stan in 2011 would know the amount of Gaga hooks you could put over the Judas instrumental. There was Just Dance, Poker Face, Bad Romance and Scheisse all on top of the Judas instrumental. Gaga hooks just generally fit so well over it.

Even if these guys put an original sound in this transition like their voice for example and make a remix, it would still be bootleg and she could use it if she wanted to. You need the artists and label approval to make a remix, she and the label will always own the songs and nobody can claim anything they do with it  nowadays some DJs are even paying royalties to the artists they play
