• G U C C I: Less than 10 only because of the “123” lyrics. I wish that was elevated.
• LoLaA: Disease is just a banger and a very good song to start with.
• PSYCHOSCHTICK: LOVE the production, the Nine Inch Nails vibes, the dark theme… Amazing song… But I’m afraid it won’t age well.
• ImpossiblePrincess: This song is extremely underrated. Everything about it didn’t get the recognition it deserved. The vocals—especially toward the end—are out of this world. She absolutely devoured this.
• Watershed: Beautiful song to open the album.
• Pandacadabra: I understand why this was chosen as the single, and I am sorry for the tasteless.
• Mission Rizzons: Easily top 5 Gaga song of all time—the perfect lead and love letter to her fans.
• Poltergeist: Amazing banger, wonderful production. The synths remind me of Heavy Metal Lover.
• Melodean: Just perfect. Gets better with every listen.
• Nwjsjs: Not the biggest fan.
• Elusive Chanteuse: The world slept on this, fr.
• Haldy: Her best lead single to date. Aggressive, dark, powerful—absolutely rips through you. The music video only heightens that unsettling, eerie energy. It’s the perfect culmination of a sound I’ve always loved her exploring.
• Orly D: Production is fantastic, but over-theatrical vocal delivery and blunt lyrics turned me off.
• Bobina: If Miss Disease were a person, she’d be giving a side-eye to anyone who hasn’t recognized her genius.
• BeyonkaAte: SCREAMING FOR ME BAYBYYYYYYYYY.
• The Fame Monster: Catchier than COVID—but twice as fierce.
• HIMe: Cute song, but not lead single material.
• Creyk: Sounds like There Will Be Blood by Kim Petras, and I love that for her.
• Raikou: Fantastic song. Deserved more success.
• Huttont: Classic Gaga with modern flair. The production is immaculate. It deserved to be the lead single.
• NotNightwing: Love Disease, and it’s a great opener. I just wish The Antidote live version was the official one.
• Onionring: Production-wise—like the whole album—is sublime. But the vocal delivery doesn’t work for me personally.
• Roughhouse Dandy: Justice for Disease, the true superior single.
• kuraudo: Banger. Show stopper. Life-giving.
• Ophelia: It’s so heavy—it hits like a truck. I'm obsessed with both the original and The Antidote version. Both are heavily inspired by Nine Inch Nails but show two different sides of Trent's work: spiraling electronic vs. gloomy acoustic. As a huge NIN fan, I couldn’t ask for more.
• CAPRISONGS: Amazing lead single. Deserved more attention from the GP.
• HeAteMyh3art: I’ll never forgive the world for letting this go unnoticed. That pre-chorus with the piano making it sound more menacing—GODDD.
