Vanish Into You has gothic elements to its narrative. Especially if the theory its about Tony is true.

I mean How Bad Do You Want Me is a quintessential pop song, but the narrative theme of mental torment in love is a gothic trope.

TBH I wish there were some more deep cuts from her past catalogue but she probably doesn’t want to put together another show centered on Mayhem for Rio, Mexico, and Singapore so we’re just getting that Mayhem show at Coachella…
