I think the last four are potential lyrics that we may or may not see in the future (MAYHEM Deluxe edition??), but I think the gothic dreams one was just her describing the album. I don’t think that quote was lyrics.

I cannot imagine we’re getting a companion album or deluxe a month after the album drops. If so, we can kiss any other singles off Mayhem goodbye. We’d likely get a prerelease single from deluxe/ep and then it’s curtains (potentially creamed).

I remember Madonna's team and Andrew Watt started following each other while Gaga was still recording for MAYHEM at Shangri-La studio and Madonna was in LA during her tour stop at the time. And Madonna also started to follow Rick Rubin (owner of Shangri-La) at the same time. So maybe ?

I mean we live in the time line where Madonna and Elton John aren't at war and have teased a collaboration.

At this point anything could happen.

It’s an interesting concept though, kind of like referencing the era when they were testing the atomic bomb in the desert.
