She's doing 3 arenas here in Barcelona, just the same as if she played once in the stadium we have And most of those tickets were too expensive. salty like sodium 1,177
People are sadly just being delulu. The reality is most stadiums were probably booked out for the summer and no one would ever consider doing a Stadium concert in autumn due to weather. They likely did a higher number of arena shows per city to account for not doing stadiums instead (for Chromatica there were only 2 dates in London instead of 4, and they did not instantly sell out at all. Also there was a lot less shows/cities on that tour). People are just really upset about not being able to get a ticket at a price they wanted (when there are usually still expensive tickets available for most of the dates, and more cheap options will be added later as is usually the case with shows like this). In short, there really isn't a good reason why anyone would actually prefer a stadium show to an arena. And for those wishing this was a stadium show: the tickets would have been just as expensive, and it's also highly likely the shows would have been as hard to get a ticket to as well. Sadly Lady Gaga is not at that stage of her career where she can sell out a stadium three or four nights in London, so they probably would have only done 1 or 2 dates max. Not many acts can really do that nowadays...
JustTea 5,245
Honestly idc, both are fine but stadiums have more (& cheaper) tickets. Why do ppl wanna see her in Coachella or other festivals if the view is so bad then? I'd rather go to a stadium than a festival... The biggest reason I want her to do stadiums is that she could do less dates per city/country, thus do more countries in the same time period... She's skipped too many European countries past 12 years. Edit. And obviously, for her fibro/health it's better to have less dates overall. Gagaism 10,984
It doesn’t matter if she’s doing stadiums or arenas, I don’t care. i want reasonable and affordable price tickets for the kind of fan I am, a real one. That’s it.

shabody 887
Only two dates in Milan and Berlin is crazy..... Edited April 10 by shabody
StrawberryBlond 14,559
It's mostly about it being so much easier to get tickets. The stress of trying to one of less than 20k people to get a ticket against 43k+ people last week is something I wouldn't like to endure again. Gaga is simply far too big at this point in her career to do arenas anymore, or at least, too big to do arenas in places where she's a rip-roaring success. I don't know if she'll ever be of Taylor or Beyonce level where she can do multiple stadium shows per country but she could easily do an all-stadium tour with very select dates even if she had to skip some countries to make them have to travel to a neighbouring country to see her (only doing stadium dates in Sweden for example, so the whole of Scandinavia has to travel there to see her). With less dates, the tour can be over quicker, so she's got more time to reset her health and work on other projects. Touring can take up so much of an artist's time if they do arenas. But if I'm being honest, and this is so superficial, I know, but I want her to have a huge stadium tour for bragging rights. The CBT was good but at just 20 dates, it was small fry, just a warm-up. Doing a world all-stadium tour is one of those things that really cements an artist as a legend. And I want her to do a tour that tops TMB's $227 million (not adjusted for inflation) gross. Gaga's so talented, she deserves to have a spot up there with the greats. Granted, it would be very difficult for her to get up there with the biggest names of all time seeing as it's mostly men who take those spots but as far as female artists go, she should be in the top 5, along with Taylor, Beyonce, Madonna and Pink. Even if she doesn't topple their biggest tours, she deserves to be right behind them. It's crazy how, in all these years, she's not done a tour that did better than TMB. To be fair, if it hadn't been for those 32 cancelled dates of BTWB, it would've been her highest grossing tour, but we can't change the past. Before the announcement of the Australian dates, predictions of how much this tour has made so far is as much as $120 million, so with the prices she's charging, if she can keep adding dates next year, including stadiums, she can do it, but only if she keeps these venues big. 13 hours ago, shabody said: Only two dates in Milan and Berlin is crazy..... This is why I think she will add more next year. Even artists who aren't that big go to at least 3 German cities. Katy's album flopped in Germany and she's touring 4 cities. If she can do 4, Gaga can do at least 2. Now, she's surprisingly not that big in Italy, despite being Italian, but she could for sure pick up more interest as this album develops there as well. She missed out really obvious European places like Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, even Poland, where lots of artists are touring now, so I think it could be sign that she's coming back to those places plus some old haunts again next year. She did that with TMB and Artrave, there's totally a chance she could do that again, maybe even with stadiums next time.
Monstermilo 4,117
cuz shes going to get burnt out doing 3 shows back to back in one city she could do a stadium and get 80k ppl to see the show versus the 20k in an arena....... shes also bigger than arenas, arenas are for newer artists, she could easily sell out stadiums...... Dramatica 13,677
Less shows that end up holding far more people. I couldn't get a ticket myself, for any of her European arenas. Why? Because few places and lots of resellers betting on desperation to make money I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.
Flippy 12,242
So I can actually go TMBT 3.22.11 // TBTWB 1.17.13 // ArtRAVE 6.3.14 // C2CT 5.28.15 // TJWT 8.13.17 // Chromatica World Tour 9.8.

I'm Italian and I can tell you she's DEFINITELY big in Italy, mind you, there was a 200k+ queue for the tickets, people were going crazy and there were tutorials on tiktok explaining how to enter the presale . She could easily sold-out 2 stadiums at least Edited April 11 by shabody
