As I recall, Katy Perry floated "Save As Draft" to Hot AC during "Swish Swish" days. It's not uncommon to cross prono somethjng softer in that format. I do t think this is an official single release. The GP clearly like it and if she was ever going to achieve a US top 10 post-album single then it may be the safest bet.
