We call something zeroth when it is immediately preceded by what is regarded as or intended to be the first in a series. For example, Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics.

Disease was intended and planned to be the first single so DWAS is the zeroth single.

DWAS was added for the numbers, it's not part of the release timeline

Your undying dislike for DWAS is truly inspiring  which I agree on, where were physicals, pop up shops and other things for her actual singles Bobby?!

dwas was released before mayhem era began and was not originally apart of the album until months AFTER disease was already released .

dwas is not apart of the mayhem era. It was a standalone project.  It was a buzz single.
