- Second single, Disease being the first single and DWAS a stand alone single; or

- Third single, Disease being the second single and DWAS the first single.

Not to make the comparison, but it kinda feels like Smile.  DWAS is like Never Really Over, a standalone single that made it onto the album bc it was well-received and gained traction (abeit at different levels, but you get the point).  Disease is like Daisies, promoted as the lead single and the first song said to be “for the album.”
