No it was never on YouTube, the same TV channel that will broadcast Lady Gaga's concert bought the broadcasting rights for Madonna's concert.

I wonder if they’re gonna bring the Opera House set. It’s pretty possible that they’ve built like two versions of it. 

Also, the Mayhem Ball stage must be in a construction stage now or even finished. Madonna used the same stage from Celebration Tour but I can see Gaga having a completely different structure for this show alone because the Copacabana concert was already a thing before her team considered a world tour for this year

I think there were two different castles for the BTWBT so they could start constructing the stage in the next city (idk if it was just a rumor back then)

Its pretty standard to have 2-3 stages for the reason you said.

The stages tend to do every other tour date. 

Some bits & pieces like smaller set pieces, costumes etc may not be duplicated though and travel between shows.

What if the actual 'MAYHEM BALL' is seperate from the COACHELLA, MEXICO, RIO, and SINGAPORE concerts. @monketsharona

Not a rumor, it’s true and standard procedure for these types of shows. It would take too long to transport and build the same stage from city to city.
