To be honest, with the way it has been described I was genuinely expecting something far more risque than what was actually shown. If I recall correctly, the beginning of the video starts with Gaga lying on a surgical table while describing her pain to R.Kelly, she then falls asleep (is put under anesthesia?) and scantily dressed nurses start dancing around/on her with R.Kelly. There's also a scene where he lifts the sheet covering Gaga's body and takes a look. The rest of the video is different shots of Gaga. For example the newspaper dress/room. Gaga with short brown hair in what looks like a hotel bathtub wearing the red flannel we associate with the ARTPOP era, in the bathtub scenes she seems drunk(?) and the quality is kind of grainy. I think there's also some shots of her dancing with R.Kelly in nothing but undergarments as well? There's also some scenes of her in a dark room with bright lights wearing a white long bob wig paired with a bodysuit covered in glass and dancing erratically with other people in the room? It's different clips of all four scenes spliced together. It came off as more nonsensical than anything else to be honest, at least to me. (I did a quick google search to find the images, but I couldn't find gifs/pictures of certain scenes I recall. In my opinion, the bathtub scenes were the strangest. It’s not another song about love or whatever. It literally says “do what I want with your body.” The song just wouldn’t work with a random singer like The Weeknd who isn’t a known abuser. I’m sure it was therapeutic for her, making him sing that. I do understand why some people freaked out, but I genuinely think they’re a bit too shallow and fragile for real art. Sorry.
