Well that sounds like a presale issue, 57 people can't buy 20,000 tickets even if they all go for the maximum number allowed

Presale was literally the exact same thing. Plus only certain areas were being sold.  The two other shows too. Judging by comments I've seen on Facebook this is how it was for most shows.

Secondly, scalpers don't even seem to have bought so many so as to make the arenas empty by any means. We've gotta accept the fact that most of Gaga's fans aren't at university anymore and there is a substantial proportion of them, especially living in big cities like London, New York etc. that are years into their careers and making decent money. These prices are REALLY excessive, yes, but I can assure you there are enough real Gaga fans in the world in 2025 who can afford them.

Thirdly, a lot of these resale tickets aren't scalpers but fans who managed to get multiple dates and panic bought.

it’s a fair point, personally I make £30k a year and still don’t have £1000s in disposable income or savings to spend on tickets, travel, hotels etc. there’s a cost of living crisis babes 😂 original face value for the £60-£100 bracket would’ve been great but alas, the queues I joined in the presale (on time I might add) were sold out of those by the time I was allowed entry.

Yeah I didn't mean to say everyone should be expected to afford it, £30k is a very normal salary in the UK. But Gaga and her team are more to blame than scalpers tbh. I spent £220 per ticket for lower section seated and far! Face value. That's A LOT and all on her.

I remember paying 50 € for the BTWB pit then 80 for the artrave pit where I arrive in advance and ended up a few meters away from the stage feeling so lucky.

220 pounds for far seats is crazy, I would have never thought this switch would happen with Gaga's tours...

Honestly jealous. I became a fan around 2016 during the Joanne era but she didn't come to where I lived at the time with JWT. I saw the Chromatica Ball and it was great for £100 standing and we queued ~7 hours before gates, but still I hated the stadium, it was so difficult to see her (tbf she was only a few metres from me for a bit thanks to stage B). I regret not getting Golden Circle back then. Now I wanted Golden Circle, but there was no standing and floor seats were £550... Best I could get within my budget was lower section seating. At least I'll get a frontal view and it's not nosebleed

Scalpers buy tickets they know they can sell even at increased prices.  A tour being "sold out", by any definition, means Gaga is still relevant, popular, and in demand.  Kudos for Gaga.

Well...when they pushed the tour dates up I don't think they thought to also do all the usual stuff one does to make sure fans get their tickets

I think all 45 shows are arenas. The actual capacity would vary by venue so hard to generalize. I saw someone somewhere theorize she could gross between $100-$125 with the current dates.

gurl stubhub got them from ticketmaster so they still get the money, except stub hub get the extra £80-£100+ you'll be paying on top of the price they got them from ticketmaster
