I think she will jump from the top of the stage (ala Superbowl)

Open with a medley "Bloody Mary x DWUW" 

Will vomit the black ink on stage (ala Disease) 

Gaga will use some type of cyborg machine prop that breathes fire (ala Enigma)

Money Honey, Summerboy and Disco Heaven would all go well with Mayhem.

She also mentioned Government Hooker a few times during promo so I wouldn't be surprised if she does it.

I feel like we will see Lady in Red live. Like Gaga will incorporate her into the show and dress like her for one of the acts. Maybe an interlude, which shows Gaga and Lady in Red fighting ala Disease/Abracadabra MVs.

My wildest take is that Beyoncé will be a surprise guest, to make up for the fact that Gaga had to fill in for her last time.

The "Telephone sequel" will be a performance instead of another music video.

It'll start with Gaga performing Paparazzi solo, then they'll do Telephone together and then continue with Killah or some other Mayhem song.

I doubt she’ll ever perform Paparazzi again, unless it’s arranged acoustically à la Jazz & Piano obviously
