I even saw restricted view tickets sold under this category.... Well a lot of tickets were already sold as “platinum tickets” during the inital sale, but the chair next to you could have been just a regular one. In my message I said that I was sold a a regular seat under the platinum category for around 600 EUR over face value. And since I could see the original price in Ticketmaster I could request a refund for the difference. And urging everyone that has bought through ticketswap to do the same check. I thought you said you COULDNT see the face value because it was through ticketswap. Do you know already if you will get the money back? Ticketswap told me today they’re just waiting for the seller to come forward to explain otherwise they’ll move on without their input. So I don’t know for sure but the whole reason why I went into this is cause another fan was telling me about this before the show by the ticket office. They mentioned how they were overcharged and had ticketswap refund the difference.
