My partner bought a VIP Hospitality ticket through AXS for the monday show. He is dutch and from Amsterdam. He broke his shoulder and was operated yesterday and the metal in the bones is rejected by his body so he needs to stay in hospital. He tried to cancel or resell the ticket, but it was denied, saying it was mentioned in the small print (which was in swedish). Bad luck. The friend he was going with wanted to buy it from him, so there is a solution at hand, and this is frustrating and it makes me sad. Does anyone from Sweden have some advice? Thanks in advance. Is there no transfer option at all? Can he email live nation for advice? Offer proof he is in hospital? I am wondering if you can transfer the ticket but his friend will have to pay him by other means if tix can't actually be resold through official means?
