I’m trying to buy AXS premium tickets for the Stockholm shows, but I keep running into a really confusing issue. It might be relevant to mention that I’m not from Sweden and I’m trying to purchase the tickets from outside the country.

Here’s what happens:
I select the tickets and add them to my cart. The site states that the delivery method is AXS Mobile ID. I click “FORTSÄTT” (Continue), and the only payment option shown is via bank card (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, etc.). I click “FORTSÄTT” again, which takes me to Step 4: “BEKRÄFTA BESTÄLLNING” (Confirm Order). I fill in all the required fields and click “FORTSÄTT” one more time—but then I get this error message:

(Translation:

Make sure the security code you entered is correct. Make sure the expiry date is correct. If updating your payment info doesn’t work, try using a different card)

Here’s the strange part: AXS never asked me to enter my card number or payment details in the first place, so I’m not sure how any of this can be verified or fixed. No matter what I try, I always get this error.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have any idea how to resolve it?

I live in Sweden and when I went in to check it out right now the same thing happened. When I pressed Nej (no) on being able to get återbetaling (refund), I got the exact same message as you.

But when I pressed Ja (yes) and continued I instead got a message that my cart had been updated, and I got kicked out of the order and back to the screen where I choose tickets. And now whenever I choose tickets and press kassa (checkout) I get the message :

Ånej...!

Varukorgen kunde inte uppdateras. Försök igen.

So I think there are some temporary problems with the whole store. There are a lot of seats left for N2 and N3, so waiting it out is probably the best option right now, unless someone who knows this stuff better comes and helps

They do camp there! Although my last experience is from cbt and it was summer then, so like you said the weather might affect it this time. But then again, knowing this fanbase and myself it might be just the same. I'm still going in the morning.
