Teletubby 159,899
On Friday, March 28, Lil Nas X released his latest project, Days Before Dreamboy EP. Louvre 4,478
I think these are partial day streams. Spotify publishes early streams from New zealand/australia/oceania mid-day before the full debut streams come out. Either way, its so weird to see him plummet to this status. He had a smash album and then he plummeted. He always realied too heavily on shock value/attention and not on substance and connection to his audience. Shock value runs out and for him it truly did. FfFfFfFF 57,736
We all know he claims to be a barb.. but what if Lil Nas X is a closeted Katycat and he wanted to prove there are even lower lows in terms of utter plumment from the charts
Squidward T 2,434
Honestly, he needs to go back to his MONTERO sounds and visuals. Everything he has release since then has been crap

GagaSuperfan1 383
Regardless of mainstream success, I’ll be a big supporter of Lil Nas X. I loved all the recent songs he released leading up to Hotbox. It was really cool to see Montero do as well as it did commercially because he explored so many themes that were important to him as a queer artist and to us as a community. Not is it always guaranteed those that reach mainstream success stay there, It’s especially harder for openly queer artists to maintain that level of commercial success. Could that come in the future still for him, of course. But something doesn’t have to be successful for me commercially to enjoy. I don’t love supporting queer artists just for the sake of supporting queer artists, but when I really like their music and they’re talented, when they themselves being queer helps their music speak to me or represent me in a way where I feel seen, valued or heard, I’m always going to show up for those artists, promote them, and support their music. I love showing up for our talent, our queer artists & creatives. Lil Nas X is so talented, and I love how he’s out there right now, representing us, representing himself as a creative as a gay black man, and member of our community. Spanish Eyes 2,309
He’s always been pretty mid in terms of actual musical skill and artistic vision. His provocations wore off (remember J Christ?), and I don’t know if he actually has the talent to have a comeback.
