rinasawachanta 2,942
Hi, I am wondering if the MAYHEM Ball Tour tickets are refundable (specifically the Milan and Barcelona tickets). I would be traveling to attend and want to make sure I would be able to get a refund in case I am unable to attend. LaLa 19,427
No, if you can't go you'll have to sell your tickets to someone else. Which could be totally fine -- if tickets are hard to come by you could even make a profit. But if there are tons of re-sellers it could be harder. But no, the only time venues were offering full refunds on tickets was at the height of COVID, and even then they often had weird rules
andy232000 10,841
No, tickets are only refundable if the show is cancelled. If you buy one, and can’t go, you would have to sell the ticket. But I doubt that would be an issue considering the demand. The only thing to watch out for, is that if you re-sell your ticket through ticketmaster, you will get your money back AFTER the show, so it wont be money you get immediately back. If you want it back fast, then you have to sell it on other sites or to a friend or someone who gives you the money directly.

I don't mind getting my money back right away. It's just for my peace of mind. Thank you!
RAMROD 107,462
No. Not in normal circumstances anyway. The only time it will are either because the artist cancel the show/tour, or pandemic, or war happened.! Once someone buys the tickets you get asked to confirm the transfer, they pay like they normally would through ticketmaster, and then once the show takes place, ticketmaster releases the money back to you
spicemuncher 1,698
If you buy from Ticketone for Italy, make sure to select digital delivery because it’s easier to resell later via fansale.it. If you get physical tickets, you’ll have to post them yourself which complicates things. Before you commit to this, do check if there are any special terms and conditions for Gaga’s shoes, but otherwise, Ticketone and Fansale are painless and reliable.
Ashley 9,166
I think it would be easy to re-sell especially if you charge close to face value, since most resellers mark up the tickets a ton. This is what I plan to do if she announces a show in my city later on. Edited March 29 by Ashley
