As for the staging. The copacabana beach show will absolutely use an arena scale stage with a box cover just like Madonna and every other show did there. 

The seating diagrams available for Mexico City & Singapore also when compared to other stadium tours make it really obvious they will be scaled up arena sized staging with a box cover just like TCB.

that is a massive assumption, and it’s not remotely “clear” that is the case, particularly when Gaga’s actual words imply otherwise. The tour may have been scheduled in a matter of weeks, but she has nearly 4 months before it starts and the latter 2 months of that period post-Singapore are wide open for her team to iterate, rehearse, restage, and construct new stuff.

My guess is she wants to settle down asap to focus on having kids/family, and wrap up MAYHEM era by the end of the year (including touring, etc.).

Reads like this is the definitive tour for Mayhem. I can see her adding more dates or locations to this tour, but from my interpretation of the wordings, a new tour seems unlikely.

I don’t think she’s planning two different tours. If she does shows next year, it will be whatever show she’s doing this year. Even if it’s done in stadium. It’s not really that hard to transfer an arena tour show into a stadium if you plan for that down the line. Lots of artist do hybrid stadium and arena tours, and have for years. Her included.

Those shows will probably be prototypes of the tour but I'd be shocked if they were identical enough to notice.

Kinda like the JWT borrowed quite a bit from her Coachella show but you can't draw straight lines between the two.

My guess is she doing arenas this time around because there was little stadium availability.

She and her team probably said it's a win win, in the sense that she's still able to tour this year and do a more intimate tour in arenas.

However I do believe that the initial plan was to do a stadium tour in 2026, but I guess they didn't want to wait that long.

Also, if you look at the dates, they're not the best days of the week, lots of shows during weekdays, this shows how last minute it was...

I'm okay with her doing whatever she thinks is best for her, but I also love the environment of stadium shows, especially in summer 

So I'm very hopeful she will do a stadium tour in the near future... She could easily pull something amazing like The Eras Tour

It is an assumption, but calling it “massive” is a stretch and what you’re suggesting is actually less logistically feasible than what Bronco mentioned

Yeah I can't imagine her planning a big tour next year if she wants to have a baby soon.

I never suggested anything other than that it would not be a virtual copy-paste job, which is what Bronco originally claimed.

I doubt that I'll get a real answer, but I just contacted Live Nation US's support team to ask if Gaga intends to announce tour dates for 2026. I'll reply to this thread, if/when I hear back.

Welp, as expected, my attempt royally bombed. 

This is their response: "There are no future events happening for Lady Gaga in 2026. You may find any ticket availability via website here: https://www.ticketmaster.com/search?q=Lady+Gaga."

My response to theirs: "Please let the right people at Live Nation know that fans internationally are panicked that she's not coming to their countries and desperately hoping for more tour dates to be added throughout 2026. As you can see from the linked post on her most popular fan site, Gaga Daily, the demand is there! We're all eager for more info, ASAP."

Patience is a required Little Monster virtue, as usual.
