All mastercard presales are handled via livenation/ticketmaster without any pre-registration required, so head to those websites to check the presale timings and get ready. IMO this forum could be outdated or refering to events connected directly to mastercard priceless account. Concert presales never required having any type of account, because there are powered by ticketmaster service. So i think for 99.99% only limit is type of card provider. We'll see on Monday.
