I havent tried to do this in a loooong time because maybe about 10-15 years ago they really cracked down on this and would lock you out if they detected multiple log ins. Can confirm this doesn't work, for the last couple of shows I've tried to get tickets to (as recently as last month) it would auto-detect that you're logged in to multiple devices and it would kick you off of one of them. It can also kick you out of your place in the queue entirely and send you back to the end of the line. For one show TM even locked my account because I guess I was refreshing so much that it thought I was a bot 

I wouldn't risk it. Stick with one device.

I think you get a random number assigned so it really doesn't matter.

I haven't checked other countries tbh, but that's how it normally goes. Up to 4 on presales and 6-8 on regular sale.

I wasn’t planning on going due to money and logistics of travel but my mom just told me she got my husband and I tickets for our anniversary to the Miami show
