Lady Gaga - The MAYHEM Ball Tour

I feel like a stadium tour was initially intended for this year but, for whatever reason, not enough stadiums could be booked. I have it on fairly good authority she had booked Murrayfield in the UK for this year, for example, which has now been cancelled.

I think they were going to substitute a full stadium tour this year with the stadium gigs we know she has booked (and Coachella) and tour stadiums next year instead. So when she said she wasn't going to tour this year, I do think she was being honest.

I think arenas have since come about either because:

1. LiveNation/Interscope/whoever suggested to her that she could tour arenas this year and stadiums next if she really wanted to start touring Mayhem this year. So in essence, she gets to start/finish 50% of the tour in 2025, and the other 50% in 2026 in stadiums.

2. She can no longer tour next year (acting, family commitments, Vegas, anything) and chose to not do a stadium/arena hybrid tour this year (to account for not being able to consistently book stadiums) because she doesn't want to have to make an arena show fit stadiums (hence her comment about control).

Option 1 aligns with her saying she's touring because she's felt inspired to - but I question the credibility of her touring stadiums next year, with a show that will have been custom-made for arenas. I suppose it is possible she will take a version of her Coachella show to stadiums next year instead.

Either way, I think it's true there was never a plan to tour arenas this year but it's happened because it's what Gaga would prefer, not because she's had to do it.

It will be very interesting to see what she does for the design of this tour, considering how much of an aesthetic mishmash this album and era has been so far.

I'm fine, Ta

Fans will show up in black, but she'll pull a "Chromatica Ball" and switch the aesthetic

So the Artist Presale is the earliest round of tickets to go on sale for the US, correct?

The Citi/Mastercard/Verizon presale etc etc etc come afterwards?

In the US, there are only three (four?) presale options:

Citi is first

Verizon/Artist

Chase "Presale" and General are last

We don't have Mastercard presale in the US.

Hi! And these shows that appear on Priceless can be bought with any Master Card, right?

Yes! Any mastercard will do.

Although I've read here in some territories like Spain, they might be exclusive to a particular bank's mastercard? So maybe it varies?

For me, I really do prefer that she keep the arenas for 2026 (if the TMB does continue) because then there's no need to re-adapt the stage and what not.

It also give her the opportunity to visit more places.

Random thought she also stopped working with Michael Bearden (her musical director since artRAVE). He's not involved in anything from MAYHEM yet and hasn't shared the MAYHEM Ball Tour post.

Feel like Parris Goebel will serve as music director (+ choreographer)

I wonder if after artists as big as Beyoncé are struggling to sell out their stadium only tours has anything to do with her mixing it up. Or if it’s purely down to timing with other acts booking the stadium’s etc

Ok, so the reason the seating is annoying me is cause I’m used to various friends all just buying tickets separately and all coming together in GA. We won’t be able to do that with seating, so basically it’s gonna be impossible to get us all seated together.

Guys she's gonna announce many more dates for sure, for example Katy Perry anounced her Oceania shows first in September, then LATAM and Canada shows in November, then on December she posted her European dates and finally this January her USA dates. And ever since she casually adds more dates  except in Usa where her tour sales flop🥲

I guess Gaga is gonna something like that, by adding a ton of shows soon when the first dates sell out. So don't stress we will win 🙏🏼
