During the presales the tickets were insanely expensive even for the back sections during Beyonce (similar to mayhem) after the presales and even right now if you look at beyonces the back tickets are like 80 to 100 dollars. The same exact message was used in the queue for Beyonce that the (team set the prices beforehand) I even have a screenshot. it's dynamic pricing. Dynamic seems to work on real time demand and since everyone is getting tickets it makes the prices high right now until people stop trying. The only thing that concerns me is that arenas are a smaller venue compared to stadiums but I really doubt the venue releases them all at once to sell. they usually do it in batches or people find ways to refund. so theres always some available later on but just randomly. I mean I don't think anyone has a definite answer anyways. I am just sharing my own logic just in case.
