I've noticed Ticketmaster is using dynamic pricing, so section 100 seats started at $1200 and went down to $800 over the course of an hour.

And yes, I've noticed that batches of seats were released after about an hour. I don't know if this is intentional or if the seats were released from accounts that had issues (bad credit card, bot, etc.).
