They release more tickets at random times, and often with non-dynamic pricing. It's worth being patient. And secondly, why am I seeing posts by people claiming to have bought Toronto tickets already when every official message from Gaga is that Toronto presales don’t start until Wednesday? At the very least, with the viagogo guarantee you will get your money back if the tickets dont show up. Not great as you still miss the show, but at least you aren't entirely out of pocket.
