I actually disagree with most of the ones in this list tbh, I find them reasonably easy to sing  the ‘hardest’ thing in all of them is the range, so if you have a range similar or higher than her, it’s not particularly difficult. I’d take off Yoü and I, Shallow, TEOG, MTN, Dope, and possibly Diamond Heart - they’re ‘easy’ to sing if you have her range or higher; they’re all some of my go-to karaoke songs because they’re ‘easy’. 
Enigma and Disease are far harder to sing in terms of technicality. Diamond Heart’s only real trouble is if you have poor breath control, bc then it’s going to be a b!tch to sing lol 

edit: I’d put Killah and maybe Happy Mistake (if I couldn’t think of anything harder) on there, too.

Technically speaking, songs from Joanne, ASIB, Chromatica, and Mayhem alone can easily occupy the entire Top 10 Hardest Gaga songs. Some may not resonate with the genre of her recent music but she has become much better vocally.

Yeah I watched it a few days ago and don't agree with everything.

Perfect Illusion is definitely the hardest. Even she can't do it. I can sound decent on most of her songs, but on this one I just sound like a dying cow.

Diamond Heart is really hard in terms of breath control too, but more manageable than Perfect Illusion.

Yoü and I is hard, you really have to give your everything after the second bridge.

I read somewhere that Dope had the biggest note jump in all of her discography, which makes it hard. I also had a friend who considered it the hardest because it was too low for her (she would just skip the words that couldn't sing instead of adapting it to her voice kduidjebs ).

Look what I found is also hard in that way, doing the falsetto part and jumping to it so fast requires skill.

Gypsy sounds bad if you can't do that long note with a vibrato like she does.

I have tried the songs from MAYHEM a bit and found it really hard, but I have to get used to them. Perfect Celebrity is hard.

Songs from Chromatica (Free Woman, Fun Tonight, Enigma...) are also hard at first, that's a lot of belting.

I tried it at a karaoke (both the studio and antidote version). The first time my friend said "wow that sounded hard to sing!". The second time I was recovering from a cold, and at the end my friend said "how does your voice even manage to come out like this when you're half dying between each line ".

Lol surely hold my hold. Between that and perfect illusion. The way She intended hold my hand you Need to really suspend the phrase and have real breath support. 

You need tò calculate how much you can give till the climax where you really Need tò sing without shame almost breaking breaking tò falsetto. Yeah that one Is probably the Most difficult to do right.

For example Edge of glory Is lighter, you don't Need tò be that grounded. You and i, if you get a nice tall "a", Deep vowel its not super difficult
