I listen to C2C & L4S & DOC more often than Joanne. But I can’t agree with The Fame. It‘s so of its time, and basically everything besides Just Dance, Poker Face & Paparazzi sounds incredibly dated and of its time. Yes, it‘s unarguably her most successful, probably most impactful and definitely most known record.. but a lot of its insane longevity is driven by the nostalgic feelings that specific sound triggers (no one owned and lived that sound like Gaga, not a single person) and Gaga‘s insane and seismic breakthrough being THE poster child of recession pop. It‘s an AMAZING, (practically PERFECT) record, especially if one listens to it with their mind set on escapism, sarcasm & irony.
