It was so nice to see Gaga receiving her recognition. I was trying not to cry while listening to her speak; she is one in a million.

The way I couldn’t have made a better choice when I was 12 in 2008 and decided to be a fan (then a stan). There’s no one that understands me better and she’s quite the role model. I kid you not, when I watched ASIB I was crying because there’s simply not gonna be another human being even close to her level in my lifetime

Gaga is always very good at giving speeches. You know she really think hard about what to say... And there is always a quotable saying in her important speeches. Like, we can list already so many moving or inspiring quotes from our Mother Monster. And.... i like how she deliver her speeches, very clear, not rushed, properly pronounced or enunciated, strategic pauses, and confident delivery that you see that she really means it. Such a wonderful speaker.

I also like that she always mentions her family roots, the LGBTQ+ community, us Little Monsters...

I just noticed though, she didnt mention Michael Jackson. I also noticed that the lighting went dim when she started speaking...which i think Mariah also noticed that there is this issue with the lighting in the venue, during her speech.

What excites me is when she said that she is just getting started. That was powerful.

It is so sweet seeing the culmination of all her years of work manifesting in a new generation of artists who were inspired by her. It's something I never considered 10-17 years ago. That one day she would be older, and the new wave of artists would have grown up on her music and looked up to her as a role model. I can tell that she's incredibly touched every time a young artist speaks about how she influenced them to be strong, brave, creative, and make their dreams come true. All those speeches she gave over and over and over for years actually did inspire people to become artists of their own

yes not many people besides politicians, and she does it better than most still knows the art of classical rhetorics. It just works, the flow of the speech is just perfect. Some of the things she does best are done with a simplicity that really desarms you. There's little tricks that she always uses and it's simply done right.

Oh god I'm back from hearing Gaga's speech I'm gonna CRY. It all goes by so fast and now there's a whole book full of so many chapters. I hope we have many more left to write together
