It seems that from the start Bruno never intended to use it for an album. Agree, and LG was always billed before Bruno. I don't know if Bruno is actually focused on an album right now versus just releasing collaborations. APT with Rosé ended up being on her label and for her album, and Fat Juicy & Wet was specifically released under Sexyy Red's label. Nevertheless, as many have said, it works on the album whether or not it was initially intended for it. I disagree, though, that Abra was a test... by the time it was released, the trackless, album and everything was already complete and ready. Same. There’s no way Gaga was “testing” which sound to go for lol when has she cared about this? She had been teasing Abra and Perfect Celebrity before Die With A Smile came out. There’s just not enough time to do all of those changes in time for vinyl release. She had a massive success with A Star Is Born and people thought LG6 would follow this sound and then she came up with Chromatica. This btch has always had her own rules. Nope, nowhere ever has it been credited as a Bruno record, bffr. Music video and everything is on Gaga's channel, only the live performance is on Bruno's because it's from his show. Also Gaga is mentioned first in the song performers... It wasn't exactly and idea. They already described that Gaga arrived and listened bruno on the Guitar and other guy playing and wrote on the sheet the bass and chords . And then went to the piano tò learn It. Its exactly as It Gaga had written bad romance and comes to the studio and shows It tò redone. In that case we would never said She didnt wrote It but had AN idea. Ofc redone has credits in songwritting and Is fundamental but we'll Always say that She wrote the Song. And they sometimes change the lyrics in the studio, its not a draft but a skeletron. Which Is the biggest part of the work. This was said by Andrew btw, Rolling Stone i think. The publishing was done in interscope cause Atlantic was having problems and droping people left and right. Bruno didnt had a way to Release the Song. It was a business decision made out of respect for both. Which was brilliant and helped both. princessofmonaco 57
TBH the only reason it wasn't labeled as the main single is because of how you guys would have reacted if she opened the era with a GP friendly ballad... She was smart to release as a promo single of sorts but it was always meant for the album.
