kim soohyun, probably the biggest name in kdramas rn, was exposed for grooming kim saeron, an actress 12 years younger than him, from 2015-2021. she was signed to his company and recently took her own life on his birthday she got into a huge DUI scandal in 2022 and lost her career over it and at the time she was signed to HIS company. the company paid her DUI related fines and stuff that accumulated to ~700 million won and she was under the impression that she wouldn’t have to pay everything back immediately but received a letter from them last year saying they’d sue her if she didn’t pay back her debt she was very confused and tried contacting him through her cousin’s number, cause he had basically ghosted her since they broke up, to tell him she wouldn’t be able to pay it back and asked for more time but he ignored her and gave her cousin’s number to reporters instead

its sad cuz sis family used her for money when she younger. and this dude grooming and then sueing. The audacity tho for him when she was struggling and couldn’t find work after her dui. Like WTF u an A list actor… don’t u feel bad for how u ruined her life. Not even the decency to leave her alone.
