Everyone is a bit shocked tbh, but I was always weary of him, people kept telling me he was HUGE, and they were right, with 24 hours of tracking he'd be the 2# biggest debut EVER on Spotify, just behind Taylor Swift's TTPD.

And the crazy thing, he's bigger WW than the USA, which is never the case for rappers  We are out of touch I fear.

I’m sorry but I do not buy that these streams are real. Bad Bunni couldn’t even do anything close to this. There’s no way these numbers aren’t super inflated.

I'm a bit hesitant to call fraud after the spotify crackdown on bots and cracked apk in the last few weeks tbh.

This album had 5 years of anticipation, maybe that's a factor on the insane numbers, I'm very curious to see how this holds up because I tried listening to some tracks and...

Interscope originally was only a rap label, and 1-2 years ago they said they were gonna put their promo back into that demographic. This is probably why Playboi Carti is getting way better promo than Lady Gaga.
