I honestly dk if I see this tour being heavy on the hits, maybe just the main ones? I think it’d be cool to let the new album shine kinda like BTWB and artRAVE, however, she has way more hits now so I get it if the show does include a lot of them

Gaga is an artist who always allows her current album to shine on the tour more than many other artists. I think Joanne had the least songs and it still had 9 out of 11 standard songs played on the tour. 
 

I think she’ll continue that trend. Mayhem is incredible and could support a tour on its own. I could see her going light on past hits and “only” doing 7-8 of them in favor of letting the whole album shine.

Edit: or I could see her starting to do Janet-style medleys of her older songs, at least for some of the smaller hits, as a way to get more of them in there.
