Maybe she is doing the same show for Coachella, Copabana & Mexico this early year and later on this year she will do the original tour ?

Apparentely big artists don't do tours in south america because it is not bankable to bring big stages there compared to the prices tickets are sold. So using the same show for the three events would be a smart way to still give a show to south america monsters

i just hope there's some part of current reservations in hotels from Rio being canceled now that latin america is getting two concerts cause I need to sleep somewhere

We need to know if this is part of a tour or not. I'm thinking it must be as free concerts are usually held at outdoor venues, as free events will attract countless people which an enclosed space couldn't contain or control. But I'd like an official announcement for the world to see so we know if dates have begun or not. I'd rather any free events were separated so only paid for dates will feature on tour. I just hate it when festival appearances are included in tour schedules and this would also include that.

Wow, stirring up some serious competition there. Hopefully, they don't share any fans who have bought Katy tickets for that date and now have to choose.
