Apparentely big artists don't do tours in south america because it is not bankable to bring big stages there compared to the prices tickets are sold. I'm thinking it must be as free concerts are usually held at outdoor venues, as free events will attract countless people which an enclosed space couldn't contain or control. But I'd like an official announcement for the world to see so we know if dates have begun or not. I'd rather any free events were separated so only paid for dates will feature on tour.
