It also says "Provided to YouTube by Lady Gaga" is there a chance that she used the AI to basically autocomplete the demos? Perhaps because she doesn't have access to some of them anymore and chose to use the version in the public zeitgeist as the "official" version here?

 

OR could that also be a legal loophole because a large chunk of these were recorded under different management and producers?

all her uploads are by UMG and Interscope, so "Lady Gaga" is just the name of the channel that Youtube auto selected.

unlikely, even the picture of the video is unofficial and looks fanmade, it's not even in high quality.

These will be taken down in a few hours, once her team will notice.

Also, imo, if Gaga would release demos like that, she would at least master them or release them in a better quality, these are striaght crispy demo files that we all have.
