Different Name in Joanne (WDYTYG?)

Hi everyone! I’ve been a member here for a long time but I don’t think I’ve ever made a thread, so, forgive me if this is silly or in the wrong section. 
 

Is there anyone good with AI voices/editing that could possibly make it sound like Gaga says “Dianne” instead of “Joanne” in WDYTYG? (No offense to Joanne). My grandmother passed away Thursday and I’d like to use the song in a video I’m making. 
 

I’ll use the song regardless, but it would be such a nice touch to have it be her name.
