I wouldn’t be surprised if this is true because of the multiple genre thing Gaga has said and could actually be better than anything on Joanne. A country ballad album closer could be something very mature, deep lyrics, maybe even depressing. 

If it’s true there are 3 ballads my guess is Blade of Grass, Vanish Into You and either How Bad Do U Want Me or LoveDrug.

 Blades of Grass is giving Leaves of Grass so it makes sense for it to be a ballad.

I have a feeling that the second half of the album is going to be slower & have more ballads. She said in an interview that people will think that the album is one thing when they hear the first few songs, but then it'll morph into something else later on. 

So it does not surprise me that Blade of Grass and The Beast are [supposedly] slower/more ballad-y songs.
