Are minor medleys cheating? Oh well  a couple ideas for this show:

I've always thought Venus was the perfect opening song, especially with the right intro. I'm imagining a mix of the Coachella intro and the artRAVE interlude.

Black Jesus is super funky and Judas is a great follow-up that allows for the DJWS remix to be used to segue into the next interlude.

Country-ish time starts with A-Yo and that'll end with the best transforming before the trap mix/guitar solo from MANiCURE plays for about a minute or two. The shredding flows into John Wayne and from there, the boot stomping beat goes into Teeth.

Finally, that act is capped with an on-stage pole dance/wardrobe "change" (girl's strippin') before a light BDSM themed Sexxx Dreams.

I want a dirty, gritty, nasty, angry interlude before Swine kicks off in high gear.

Swine will end with Gaga alone on stage, the lights down, a single spotlight on her, hair messy, clothes torn, then the guitar starts strumming a sad melody as she sings the first half of Trigger.

"The safety off...the trigger...." The last word echos around the arena (not the stadium, ARENA, no stank ass stadium concerts) as the taps start then the guitars then "I killed my former and...left her in a trunk on highway ten..."

ARTPOP is a glossy journey to transition into Enigma (the post traumatic "yeah I guess this is who I am" bit)

Then my favorite ballads of hers...no story there, I just love those songs  maybe something about the continued journey of self discovery and healing

And Born This Way is the perfect cap to any Gaga show
