Lol at you guys complaining about this. If you find this weird you've never been to a real trial or were never in danger of getting convicted (I was convicted twice on two separate occasions). A trial is more like a manipulative charade than a boring and neutral event. This was obviously some lawyer's idea.

It's definitely an attempt to meddle in the case. There is no need to bring your sons to see their father in court being tried for a horrendous crime that he committed. Showing them they have a criminal for a father is bad parenting, unless she's ready to split from him and show them what happens when people do bad things.

I think the concern here is more about the kids, I mean imagine in the future you learn that you were brought to a trial in such a young age just as an attempt to free your dad from jail, that’s uncomfortable

Yeah but it's not uncommon. A good enough lawyer would 100% recommend this.

He has hired a lawyer who has represented Trump in the past.
