I have such an issue with this song. The intro is gorgeous, that icy retro hip-hop melody is everything, and it builds up and up towards something amazing, like it's gonna be a hard-hitting ethereal techno banger or avant garde runway track or something............but then it totally switches into a pretty meh, corny 80's Madonna demo. To me it's like a sonic failed orgasm.

I do like the bridge tho, that "put it onnn, a-amen fashion, celebrate ooh ooh" part is pretty slick.

Ye like I'm not rly a fan of this cuter side of Born This Way, but I've gotta admit this song is really beautiful. She did say she was inspired by Whitney Houston while doing the vocals for the album and it's most evident here.

I just wish the songs production was cleaner and more sophisticated because the song has a very demo feel to it, and it could've been stunning if it were immaculately mastered.
