I can't imagine what you are feeling, but I can only wish that you forgive yourself & know that we all have you in our hearts. I had no idea how to respond to the news that you were hurt. When I saw the video of you calling out in pain & falling to the ground in Montreal, I started crying. Although we've never met, & I'm only a fan among millions, I couldn't bear to see you hurt like that. Don't fret -- as you always have said, 'when one door closes, it gives you the opportunity to walk through all of the others'. This event will inspire you like any other. You've said that ARTPOP is about possibilities, about a phoenix rising from the ashes. This moment, this event regarding your health -- this will be what you rise from, & share all that you have for the world through ARTPOP. In the meantime, please get your well-deserved rest. If you need to get to work on something (since I have a similar drive & cannot be without productivity), do something that you can do while laying in bed or sitting in your (eventual) wheelchair -- write or do something in your work that can involve a mobile device. Write whatever comes to mind! Don't just think about lyrics or concepts. Use this time to express yourself in a new way & find yourself on this unexpected journey.
