TOSK 640
Does anyone think cancelling the rest of the tour was a dumb idea? I feel like it's not fair to the North American fans who have waited almost a year for the ball and will never get to experience it. I'm obviously praying for GaGa to get better and more concerned with her health, but why not postpone the rest of the ball until mid summer? I don't get it. No I don't and I had a few shows coming up in NY next week :(
Viola 386
Has anyone else who will never see the BTWB been noticing the type of people who are like "look on the bright side" or "it's just a few dates?" All the people saying dumb **** like that are the ones who... A) Live in countries where the tour wasn't going anyway. B) ALREADY WENT TO THE ****ING TOUR. Are you kidding me? I don't think anyone should be belittling anyone else who is genuinely hurting over this just because they got to see the show already. Some of us are probably going to be waiting another 2 years to see her again and will NEVER see hear the songs on BTW live. Get well soon Gaga. Even though I'm upset I still love + support you. I'd be a liar to say that I haven't noticed that. I was suppose to see her next Wenesday. That concert was the only thing that kept me going. I had a bad feeling in my gut it was gonna get canceled and it did. I felt f-ing numb. I couldn't believe it,that the only thing that kept me going was snatched away just like that. Of course her health is the most important thing, I just don't take disappointment well. I'm incredibly jealous of those who got to see her and somewhat pissed that she didn't tour in North America first. I don't feel as terrible as I did when I first found out it was cancelled. No matter how disappointed I am I'm just gonna have to get over it. Her health comes first. I really want her to feel better. giskardsb 12,565
After recovery and rehab she could do a single show as an HBO live pay per view event. One night at MSG or something. Edited February 15, 2013 by giskardsb
Didymus 34,379
After recovery and rehab she could do a single show as an HBO live pay per view event. One night at MSG or something. Oh yes! That would be perfect! And it's quite realistic too.

It is not logistically feasible to postpone it that long, plus it would be cutting into ARTPOP promo/tour, better to promote and tour a new album than tour for an album that will be over two years old. Emma 199
Guys, hurting your hips in such a way is EXTREMELY painful. I've had chronic hip problems since I was three, I've dislocated them twice, have arthritis on both sides, and need hip replacement surgery soon. I know you're upset (and yes, I already went to my show..) but having personal experience with this stuff (bawling my eyes out on the couch because I could literally feel the move the ball of my hip moving inside of me).. I totally get it. Health comes first. Not only for Gaga, but also yourself!
DanceInTheFlames 154
I don't think some people realize the severity of Gaga's condition. 1. She can't walk 2. Hip injuries are very serious 3. She has to have surgery 4. It will be months (literally) before she is back to where she was before the pain began Yes, it's sad the tour had to be cancelled and so many people are missing out on the experience, but come on. Gaga is in a lot of pain it's harsh to judge her for what's happened. And postponing the tour isn't really possible at this point considering it will probably be at least 4 months or so until she could even think about attempting a show like the BTWB again. jxckk 959
Has she had surgery yet or is all this just rumours? Never say never to a recorded show guys, the record label and her may realize that because we have missed out on it that they may release a screen recording from a show that they thought was one of her best. They released a screen recording of the spice girls reunion tour so don't say that the venues don't keep the screen recordings.

Totally agree. I can't help feeling extremely dissapointed after waiting for her to finish touring in all the other countries for over a year, to just hear that it's all canceled just 4 days before my show. I'm extremely jealous and a bit pissed off at all the monsters who already saw her. I want her to get better but I'm still sad for myself.

So you WANT to be in on the last leg of the tour, because that's when everything is flawless. It just didn't work out for the US in this case. :(
