If you don't, contact TICKETMASTER/LIVENATION as soon as possible to ensure it's processed. The tour is cancelled and you don't want to risk your money getting lost in the shuffle of a wave refunds. What about those that had to go through the venue to get their pre-sale tickets? I ordered mine through the BOK Center for Tulsa. That's where Ticketmaster redirected us. Should I email the venue? I look dead Today was a bad day but I think this could possibly do Gaga some good. She will want to come back in the best way possible and knows what and what not to do on tour now. I feel so bad not only for Gaga but for all the monsters, including me, who didn't get to see this amazing tour. It makes me cringe thinking about all the pain she went through every night, I wouldn't have the tour cancel any other way.
