If you used a debit card it might be different but because I used a credit card there was more support available. But yes, a dispute is really the only thing we can do. Did you tell your bank that it was clearly fraud? I told mine that I contacted the merchant but they never got back to me plus the email they provided looked bogus so it was a scam all along.

Not sure where you live but that should be illegal. Banks have a legal obligation to refund unauthorized purchases or if you are scammed when you open a  dispute. You may want to talk to them again, maybe a little more sternly and detailed this time.

Hard to say as they are promo CDs sent to radio which can look totally generic. I'm not convinced though.

I saw the remix cd and the remixes on it don't seem to be officially commissioned lol. Sure it's fake.

I highly doubt these celebrities have enough time or care to hand sign thousands of sheets of paper when they already have so many other things to do on a day-to-day basis (interviews, flights, contract negotiations, photoshoots, writing, recording, family time, etc.) Like when would they actually have time to sign that many things? So sorry for you!  I know you're trying to get a refund first and foremost, but please also take good care of your CC, since these duped websites tend to also collect buyer's info. It would be the best to block the credit card.
