Expected and happy for him. While I found both Dawn FM and HUT to be greatly produced albums I feel it’s become all a bit same-same to my ears. However he deserves the success and is a great artist. Looking forward to when he moves on to new projects, now that the trilogy is done.

curios - why is HUT debut so much bigger than Dawn FM?

Dawn FM had at least one mid hit - Take My Breath + it was coming out in the mid of huge success of ‘Blinding Lights’ - Weeknd was the hottest Artist in the world! 

Now, he’s waaay overexposed, and ‘Timeless’ is not that much of a hit….

huh? if he is so overexposed now than how come the debut for hut is much larger than dawn fm debut? Also, Timeless is a bigger hit than Take My Breath when it comes to longevity

He's almost at the top of the streaming game rn and that shi keeps growing every year so that's basically why in pop terms. He started exponentially big since 2020 so it's totally organic and expected

Dawn FM had no physical copies. He also released it too early and the success of the songs from After Hours overshadowed it. He was way more overexposed at the time.
