I think "Club Mayhem" is where the MV is set, which would make sense since they're referring to a fan MV which'll be figuratively set in the same location. 

Gaga told Elle, here, that the MV is set at Mayhem's club. "Mayhem" being the 'lady in red' and the 'monster' in Disease.

I just cannot wait for them to put 2 discoballs next to each other, one red and one orange, to represent the Mastercard logo in Club Mayhem.

I was hoping it’d be a club night where they’d rent clubs in different countries, dress them up, and stream her music and the music that inspired Mayhem all night and she’d turn up at a few surprise ones
