I lowkey felt this way too. I think it was because I had such a different expectation for what Abracadabra would sound like, so I was thrown off when I heard the real thing  That said, I still loved the song on first listen and continue to love it even more after each listen. Disease was the same for me too. At first I wasn't convinced, but now it's easily my favorite lead since Bad Romance.

The way this music video would haunt a 6 year old for YEARS just gives me the chills. Now after the first shock has worn off a little I made some coffee I’m starting to take in the video properly.. they really did that. 
 

(little side note for my apple girlies: listening to music with airpods directly from your MacBook instead of iPhone enhances the sound quality so much. iPhones compress or saves the sound a lot.. and yes, even with lossless and all that jazz turned to the max on iPhone. Trust me, give it a test 💖)
