Reddit rumor about Michael and Gaga

So I was strolling through Lady Gaga subreddit page and found a topic regarding Michael's recent involvement in Gaga's career. There was a user that allegedly works in PR and he spilled some tea about it. Idk whether if it's true or not but I was looking at his/her page and recent posts and comments and it doesn't seem like trolling. I don't usually use Reddit so I don't know if that kind of "sources" on there can be reliable or people like to make up stories lol

Basically he/she says rumor has it multiple members of Gaga's team recently stopped working with her due to conflicts with Michael and his involvement in Gaga's career and management. Some of them were fired, some left on their own - including her longtime assistant Ashley Gutierrez. Allegedly he is very controlling of Gaga and her ventures (music, Haus Labs etc.). Honestly Idk if I believe in that (and I don't want to kinda, bc she seems so happy lately) but it got me intrigued bc I remember there were some news reports regarding the same topic last year, when they got engaged.

"I’ve commented this before bc it’s been on my mind for awhile. I’ve been a Gaga fan forever but I also work in a form of PR and know people who run in the same circles, and the whole Michael thing is definitely not normal and what it seems. It’s almost like giving…conservatorship. And we’ve heard it for a while and now…there definitely seems to be a lot pushing in the direction of Michael being waaaay too involved and controlling..and now doing it publically. I know fans don’t like to hear it, but it’s getting really weird. He’s taking credit and making $$$ over literally EVERYTHING she’s doing. He’s pushing her into doing and backing things (pharma) she never would have gone near. Most of her team has seemingly left that I’ve heard because of him. Everything she talks about, her own projects, everything…is now him in the forefront. Hell, he’s being interviewed by Elle Magazine…for HER album. It’s not normal. She’s basically lost behind him now. It’s more his album, his projects - his music than hers.

And as a fan, and not from a “hearing it through work” standpoint , I don’t like seeing him taking so much control and credit over her work, either. And changing who she is. It’s getting really off putting. I’m sure I will get **** for this too but I don’t care. I hear what I hear. The man loves $$$ and publicity."

"It’s something that’s a legitimate concern. And I agree. Gaga deserves more, in my opinion. But it’s going beyond just sharing credit, at this point. He’s a venture capitalist, not a musician, writer or manager - why is he her creative director now? Why is he writing songs for her? Why is he co managing her? Firing people (or driving them out) from her team that’s worked with her literally forever? It’s not good. And not cute."

"Honestly, from what I know, almost everyone. Namely Ashley, her longtime assistant; her best friend Bo and her had a massive falling out that we heard to have something to do with her not trusting Michael - she was also her financial/day to day manager and they were friends for 30+ years; the smaller assistants, her creative director; her longtime stylists; and seemingly a bunch of others who’s names/positions I don’t exactly know - I just know they were with her forever and now they’re seemingly all gone. Even her makeup and hair people have taken other jobs now even though they still work for her."

"As I said above, it’s mostly from people I know, like a friend of mine through work is very good friends with Bo. And Ryan. Though a few tabloids have picked up on things - similar stories to things I’ve heard, so where there’s smoke there’s fire and as far as I know, those tabloids didn’t get the info from anyone I know. So it’s fairly well known. As for posts, I’ve seen a lot of people who worked with her have either suddenly moved onto other things, made comments about not working for her anymore, or unfollowed her and Michael. I don’t keep up with that side of things as much bc I’m not crazy into social media, but I have seen things on GGD and such."
